Barco, alongside partner Covenant Communications, will showcase end-user experiences enabled by state-of-the-art technology at the house of worship conference, WFX. The conference, held in Orlando, will be on November 14 and 15.
Barco to demonstrate specific house of worship applications
One of the biggest challenges that houses of worship face is finding the right balance between the appropriate technology and the cost of that technology. Additionally, it’s important to ensure that the tech compliments and blends with the feel of the building—especially vital as more and more houses of worship have a modern architecture aesthetic.
“For Barco, we are focused on delivering experiences through technology, to facilitate delivering the message of faith and not be a stumbling block. We can enable bright outcomes in a number of ways visually, through integration with audio, and through image processing control,” said Scott Stremple, Vice President of Sales at Barco. “House of Worship customers should want to work with companies that have both the technology and expertise to address House of Worship.”
Barco’s booth will include our most relevant product lines for today’s houses of worship:
Northview Church case study
Barco recently finalized significant technology integration with Northview Church in Indiana to create an immersive worship experience throughout each of their campuses. To solve issues they were having with the brightness of lamp-based projectors and the costs associated with replacing lamps, they upgraded their projection system to six of Barco’s UDX-4K32 laser projectors. Their new projection system also includes Barco’s ImagePRO-II image processor and an E2 Event Master system to make edge blending more efficient and adjustable. There will be complete details of the case study in the Barco booth.
